We are seeking confident Mental Health Registered Nurses (RN4.1+) with strong triage and acute assessment skills for 8–12 week placements in Palmerston.




This role requires experienced clinicians comfortable managing complex presentations within a recovery-focused framework.




Key Responsibilities

• Mental Health triage and acute assessment
• Comprehensive clinical assessments and risk management
• Case management of allocated caseload
• Development, implementation and evaluation of individual care plans
• Collaborative engagement with clients, carers and multidisciplinary teams

Essential Criteria

• Recent Mental Health triage experience
• Acute Mental Health assessment skills
• Experience working within a recovery-based framework
• Ability to manage complex caseloads
• RN4.1 classification or above
• Current AHPRA registration
• Must be currently on-shore in Australia
• Full Australian working rights required
